    GP Assistant — Digital operations platform

    Leading development of a digital assistant for general practice teams. Live modules include appraisals and reviews, IT helpdesk, digital forms, asset management, staff directory and incident reporting.

    Early capacity modelling estimates potential savings of around 14 admin hours per week; this is an estimate, not a measured outcome.

    Working with NHS primary care teams on service improvement across digital access, patient communications, telephony and operational processes.

    MoreCPD LMS — Platform development and cloud readiness

    Leading development of MoreCPD’s e-learning platform and its preparation for a more robust Azure deployment. Work includes improving the deployment workflow and planning the supporting database and file storage.

    SCORM and xAPI compatibility testing

    Led lifecycle testing for e-learning content, including 12 SCORM 1.2 scenarios with 56 checks and 11 xAPI scenarios with 44 checks. The tests passed, including checks that SCORM learner progress resumes correctly.
